1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day.
  • During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.

Once your order is placed, you will receive:

  • An Order Confirmation Email
  • A Shipping Confirmation Email with tracking details once shipped

2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 8–12 business days
  • Posters are typically delivered within 2–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Ships from our partner warehouses

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing
  • Weather conditions
  • High order volumes
  • Incorrect shipping information
  • Public holidays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.


3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Standard Delivery on all orders above $50. Orders below $50 will have shipping charges calculated at checkout.
  • We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us.


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incomplete address
  • Failed delivery attempts

The customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.

Orders cannot be modified once shipped.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Marked Delivered Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

If your package is marked delivered but not received:

  • Check with neighbors
  • Contact your local carrier
  • Verify your shipping address
  • Contact us for assistance

Woodledoodles is not liable for carrier-related delivery issues after confirmation of delivery.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • VAT
  • Any additional local fees

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Failure to pay customs fees may result in package return or abandonment without refund.


8. Split Shipments

In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability or warehouse location.

You may receive separate tracking numbers.


9. Shipping Restrictions
